Steam names the developers as TVT Co. Ltd. and Ratata Arts, and the publisher as Game Source Entertainment. The legal line is ©2026 Ratata Arts Co. Ltd., published by GSE.

The Japanese Wikipedia article lists design by 小谷浩之, producer 坂尻一人 (Kazuto Sakajiri), director 中舎健永, composer 足立賢明, character design by Nelnal, art direction by 輪くすさが, and lead programming by 髙橋俊成. It also says the title comes from the 1976 Honda Roadpal line 「ラッタッタ」, and that the game took the Vermilion Gate award at BitSummit the 13th.
