Worlds 1–5 and their patterns are community documentation from ratatanwiki, checked 16 October 2026; parts of its Early Access material can be outdated. World 6 is confirmed separately by the official v1.1.9 release notes, 14 October 2026.
Episodes 3 and 4: reaching the finale
Version 1.1.9 adds Episodes 3 and 4. Clear Episode 2 to unlock Episode 3, then Episode 3 to unlock Episode 4. From Episode 3 onward, meeting the progression conditions opens World 6; Episode 4 contains the final boss and ending. The notes do not give a complete boss-by-boss route, so this is not an invented walkthrough of those conditions.
The four new Dark Ratatan fights are Shellshock (turtle), Panda Monium (panda), The Bamboozler (bamboo shoot), and Tangletung (chameleon). These join the existing four, bringing all eight into the full release. See Dark Ratatan for their episode context.
The 16 October update acknowledges a Bonboya Gate bug: melodies can appear collected before the required Dark Ratatan encounters are met, blocking Episode 3. A fix is planned, not released in that announcement. Report the platform, version, and symptoms rather than deleting your save.
Community patterns and known issues
The wiki describes Dekadon using burning fireballs, a hammer, a charge, a flamethrower sweep, and a shockwave hop. Flip Flop uses electric orbs, magic circles, and tornadoes that intensify as HP falls. Its general advice is to evade a red marker before resuming commands. These are community tactics, not official frame-data measurements.
The v1.1.9 known-issues list includes lingering Wagoon / Windigoon markers and Panda Monium remaining airborne after being defeated during a particular skill. On 16 October, the developer also acknowledged that Episode 3 onward Dark Ratatan fights can take too long and said adjustments are being considered. No numerical rebalance or guaranteed patch date was published.

The community wiki names Dekadon as the stronger World 3 boss form.
Is Flip Flop the final boss?
No. Flip Flop is the World 5 boss. The full release adds World 6 and a final boss in Episode 4.
Why can’t I enter Episode 3 with all melodies shown?
The 16 October announcement confirms an incorrect Bonboya Gate melody display. Required Dark Ratatan encounters may still be missing; a fix is planned.
